  • 17TRACK: Shipment tracking status and delivery updates.
  • Paddle: Payment and subscription status information.

4.2. These emails are sent using information synced from your Shopify store, including customer names, email addresses, and tracking numbers.

4.3. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to send these emails to your customers, including compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.

5. Data Sharing

5.1. Service Providers

  • Shopify — Store and order data for store integration
  • 17TRACK — Tracking numbers for shipment tracking
  • Paddle — Billing information for payment processing
  • Email service provider — Customer emails and names for sending notifications

5.2. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5.3. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
