- 17TRACK: Shipment tracking status and delivery updates.

4.3. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to send these emails to your customers, including compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.
5. Data Sharing
5.1. Service Providers
- Shopify — Store and order data for store integration
- 17TRACK — Tracking numbers for shipment tracking
- Paddle — Billing information for payment processing
- Email service provider — Customer emails and names for sending notifications
5.2. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5.3. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
