PingTech ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be satisfied with ParcelPing. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for subscriptions purchased through our Service.

All payments for ParcelPing are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions.

2.2. If you are not satisfied with ParcelPing for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2.3. No questions asked — simply contact us or Paddle to initiate the refund.

3. Subscription Renewals

3.1. For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 14 days from the renewal date.

3.2. Refund requests for renewals made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3. To avoid unwanted renewal charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through any of the following methods:

  • Option 2 — Through Paddle: use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net support

5. Refund Processing

5.1. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5.2. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.3. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund period (14 days for new purchases, 14 days for renewals)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Accounts terminated due to policy violations

7. Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any charges, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

8.1. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

8.2. Refund returns the payment for the current billing period. Access may be terminated upon refund.

8.3. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.

9. EU/UK Consumer Rights

9.1. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.

9.2. By using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
